I did not use J R Plumbing services for any plumbing issues. Even better, I recently purchased a couch and quickly realized, upon arrival, The staircase was not in my favor. These gentleman, without hesitation, stopped what they were doing to HELP me. (By which I mean they did the lifting for me, to the truck). Genuity does not have a price

I called because I had a leaking valve under my sink, and didn't have time to fix it myself. They sent someone the same day to do the repair. It's been over a week, and no sign of any leaking.

Jimmy came to our house multiple times to help us solve the issue of water coming into our basement. He was professional, easy to talk to and kind. I can often feel intimidated by home/plumbing issues and Jimmy answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what was going on. When I called, Eric answered quickly each time. It was easy to make appointments and I didnt have to wait a long for one, and that makes all the difference in the world when you cant use your dishwasher or washing machine. We hope to not need their services soon. But if we have any issues, I will be calling JR Plumbing.
