She was extremely patient with us, available to answer all questions any time of the day, provided advice and things to consider when buying a home in the STL market.

Our agent was Ms. Mundschenk and she helped us purchase a home. She is a fantastic Realtor. We looked at dozens of houses and she always provided great advice and was very patient with the prolonged process. She was not pushy at all. She gave honest answers to all our questions. She was also very good at walking us through the negotiating process. I would strongly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home. Since Wm French is a Buyer's-only agent, they are experts at the purchasing process and do a great job informing and advocating for their clients.
