The house we were trying to clean out and clean up turned out to be more of a challenge than we were able to take on. So, we decided to sell the house as is. We contacted several companies to obtain estimates of what the companies would provide given the state of the house. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Evervest, LLC, more specifically Scott did a thorough job of looking through every room, basement and the yard outside. Throughout the whole process, even as other companies raised their estimates Scott made us feel very comfortable by being very honest and up front with all of our dealings from the estimate to the closing. Scott, Evervest, LLC and the title company made the house selling experience easy and stress free. Would definitely use Evervest, LLC in the future if the situation warranted it.
