Heather is amazing. When we met she came with a PLAN and GOALS to prepare my house for market, and not just sell my house, but MARKET my house BEFORE it went live. My house went live I had over 30 visits in the first 3 days and a contract. During the contract process, through inspections, including municipal inspections up through closing, Heather kept me informed with details every step of the way. Her office sets up a timeline to help you track the process as a seller deadlines and what the buyer has to complete. Heather met my questions before I even asked her. She works with an awesome informative team that makes the process quick and simple.
