Brad, Betsy, and Kate were terrific to work with. We could not have made the purchase without them. We are out-of-state and were looking for a condo in the Central West End. They did a great job sending us videos and letting us know ahead of time what was about to hit the market so we would have time to react. Great support all the way through closing and even after.

Brad and Kate helped our family with both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. As first time homeowners, we were nervous about buying a house. They helped us at every step of the way. They also did not pressure us to buy a house before we were ready. They truly made the entire experience easy and even enjoyable. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and take care of everything! The housing market is very tough right now, but they helped us find our dream home for a reasonable price. I strongly recommend them. They worked closely with the bank and the title company so everything was easy.
