The owner of this company is a slumlord. He will put your health at risk by renting uninhabitable properties. Properties that don't have septic systems and pollute the water table and nearby rivers. Improper roofs. Rodents and vermin. He will try to evict you if you constantly complain about issues with the property you are renting. Your only recourse is to report him to local and federal health agencies or to seek legal action against him (Bernardo). Or both. If you suspect any violations, report him to your local health or code violation department. If he is dumping raw sewage into a river contact the EPA. Rivers are federal bodies of water. If you have children, be sure to also contact Social Services or child protective services to inform them of the violations.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Let's just start this by saying their ratings as a property management company online are so poor they won't even let you post a review on google. I lived in a property located off of Claytonia Terrace for over a year that was managed by this company. Every maintenance request submitted was ignored, and no phone calls were ever returned. We were always told no one was in the office to take our request and we would get a call back. But we never received the calls. We were without hot water in our kitchen for almost 2 months. They wouldn't even send anyone out to look at it until we threaten to use our rent to fix the issues ourselves. The apartment was in such disrepair it was literally causing us health issues. Mold and rotting wood was a main concern of ours their solution for that problem was a $5 shower curtain they cut in half. Great fix right. The windows were so drafty you could feel a breeze through the house. Every time the wind would pickup shingles would rip off the roof. The ceiling leaked in SEVERAL places. The plaster walls were cracking and crumbling due to an enormous and ever growing sinkhole in the backyard. They also charged us 2 security deposits plus first and last months rent. Ohhhh let's not forget about the delapadated garage that used to be in the yard until it fell in on itself because of disrepair. The city actually fined the property owner and had the structure removed. The mayor is also located right next door, who just happens to be the biggest jerk on this planet. There are so many issues with this apartment and this company I could complain for days.
