With us being first-time homebuyers, I was very pleased with the amount of support from start to finish that we received from our agent, Mike Miller, and the entire Berkshire Hathaway team. With Mike having a background in construction, he was really able to help us find a home we are confident in. The BH team helped us out in many ways along the way, even when there was no monetary benefit for them. Mike helped us choose a reputable inspector (they were great!!), explained the different types of inspections and what he recommends, took the time to be at the inspection with us, recommended an insurance agent for our homeowner's insurance (which was so great we moved our auto to him as well!!), recommended a title company to use, checked in with our lender regularly, and attended the signing of our closing documents to truly be there from start to finish. The BH team was always helpful answering any questions along the way, and everyone we spoke to was respectful and polite. They helped facilitate setting up all of our utilities, as well as provided a moving van! Before we were connected with Mike and the BH team via Zillow, I was worried that so much of home buying process would fall on us to figure out. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised that they led the way from beginning to end. Thanks again!!
