Biebel Brothers Inc

I got a nice looking roof at a good price, but my satisfaction with Biebel Brothers ends there. The roof leaks, and Biebel Brothers' service after the sale is poor. The roof was installed December 22, 2015 with a five-year warranty on workmanship. On May 19, 2020, I discovered that the roof was leaking around the chimney flashing and reported it to Biebel Brothers. John returned my call the next day and told me that he would pull my paperwork and call me back later in the day. He did not call back. There is a lapse in my notes at this point, but I recall that I had to keep calling to complain about the leak, and that some time passed before John finally came out and attempted to fix it.On November 24, 2020, I found that the chimney flashing was leaking again and immediately reported it to Biebel Brothers because the roof was still under warranty. I was told that someone would respond, but no one did. I had to call again on January 19, 2020 (almost two months after my first call), and spoke with Joe, who said he would research my information and call me back. Joe came out on January 25 when it was raining and said he couldn't repair the leak in the rain. He suggested that I seal the bricks in the chimney and call them if that failed to stop the leak.Finally, I was working on another project in the attic on March 18, 2021, when I saw that rain was coming in around one of the vents which Biebel Brothers had installed. The roof was no longer under warranty at this point, but I still needed someone to fix the leak. I called Biebel Brothers and John answered. He said he was going on vacation, but someone else would contact me right away. I'm writing this review on July 20, 2021, and that was the last I heard from Biebel Brothers. I fixed the leak myself.

Bieber Has done multiple roofs for us on our homes and on rental houses. Some are 15 years old and are in good shape. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation, Roof repair, Roof inspection
