Pro Installation and Design

Looks I'm turning into one of those reviews...the side of my home is still covered in plastic and has been since before Christmas. I specifically asked for Hardy Board siding. They put up plywood and left they top uncovered. Lots of promises and excuses, then crickets... He won't take my calls or respond to any messages. Thanks a lot, Ken UPDATE * Two days ago a subcontractor's worker stopped by my house to ask about color swatches...REALLY ?!?. I'VE BEEN GOASTED FOR 3 SOLID WEEKS ! TODAY Someone answered the phone and promised he would call me back ..again...crickets. I've left several more messages. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! March 20th Update. I still don't have my refund and they've tried to tell me that they've sent out 2 checks. I specifically asked for a check to be sent by registered mail as my mail is unreliable. I've called multiple times again and no response until today.I am now awaiting a "3rd check." 2nd Update April 7th- He, Ken, the owner and proclaimed veteran, Literally tried to extort My money. He basically said he'd give me my $ back if I took this review down. I feel really sorry for the poor fool that tries to hire this company. How do you sleep at night, Ken ?

UPDATE: Pro Install posted an Apology but still has not refunded the $6000.00 that they had agreed to refund nor have they responded to our inquries about the refund since it was agreed to. Check them out on facebooks Deals Gone Bad Group. Pro Install may be a good roofing Company but they are a Terrible General Contractor for other projects. They will stonewall your project, destroy your home, lie about what they have spent your money on and keep your deposit once you have had enough of the delays. Project was supposed to start on August 8th and be done in three weeks. After finally starting demo on October 11th this is how they left our home for the holidays. Attached photos are from december 7th. I am sure that they will respond to this review stating that they offered a partial refund but they have never given us any real accounting to base the refund on. I am also sure that they will say that there were supply chain issues but since they told us on september 9th that they had all of our supplies with the exeption of the tub that was not ordered until the day after we cancelled the contract that is just another excuse.

Ken and his crew were outstanding!!! They took a tricky real estate transaction and quickly dealt with the insurance company and had the roof on by closing!!! The sellers and buyer were all thrilled with the beautiful work and professionalism!!!!!

Pro installation and design is a great company they did my roof in one day 7 men on job and they were fantastic and they cleaned up everything I would highly recommend them for anyone else. Service: Roof repair
