        Item rung up incorrectly. Called to get issue resolved. The young employee said "sorry bout that" (so flippant & insincere) then proceeded to tell me that I could drive back up & she would "look at lt". I needed a tool in the middle of a job. My mistake for not scrutinizing my receipt while there, but I needed to get back to my job. Rather than simply fixing it over the phone, I had to take more of my TIME & GAS to fix a minor issue. She obviously did not have knowledge or authority to handle the problem over the phone. It's rather sad to see such a lack of pride & professionalism in the customer service industry.
