Not sure how Donna got my original review deleted (and several others apparently) , but DO NOT patronize her. She took all of our tax info, then ghosted us. No email, no phone calls, and no one at the office. It was insane! We had to recreate all of our info, and start again with a new person. It was horrendous! You can't do this to people. See the other review here about it. She somehow got a bunch of other reviews deleted as well. Go elsewhere! You have been warned!

Overall excellent service and reasonable pricing for my personal tax return.I by no means have difficult taxes (just some basic investments) but simply don't have the time to deal with the dreaded IRS. Donna made this process simple and hassle free. Thank you!

A great help and answered any questions I had. Dianne is a very thoughful and experienced secretary and I am thankful she was communicating with me every step of the way.

Finally got a response after leaving a bad review, but now she won't respond to us so that we can go get our tax information. She's never in the office when we go there so we don't know what else to do.
