Goodwill Store and Donation Center

The price increases are not proportional with expense increases (despite their formulaic replies to other reviews) and are not consistent with other Goodwill locations. They do not offer bags which would be fine if there was any indication of that BEFORE you've paid and the transaction is completed and you're having to try to juggle your purchases. Mens clothing doesnt even have a section for running pants/joggers/etc and instead the men's athletic wear is mixed into women's. That would be fine but it does make it significantly harder to find the correct size. I will not be returning to this location. As far as accessories, shoes, and most of their kitchen goods, they're not much more affordable than Walmart or Family Dollar. Avoid this location!

Apparently they do not accept live frogs as donations. Disappointing.

How disappointing that your prices are so extreme that it causes loss of both donations and sales. How is that a good financial model? Why are other area Goodwills no implementing extreme price gouging? The people who shop thrift stores do so because we need a cost effective way to get needed goods like clothing and furniture. Why would even a non profit kick the working poor if they claim to want to help them?
