I am thoroughly delighted with the experience with Ryan, Annette, and Jacob, who have done a phenomenal job on my bath and kitchen. There are not only doing a great job at installing but what makes a difference is that there are always many things we don't necessarily anticipate and need to be fixed, such as placing furniture on the tiles and making sure it looks good, plumbing, switches. Ryan came multiple times to make sure we were 100% happy with everything, and took care, no questions asked, of all issues even when it involved more work on their end. R&F also designed a beautiful mosaic pattern in the kitchen which I am including, and took care of shower pans, making the experience seamless on our end. This is what makes the difference between bad companies that will always give you a hard time if something was unexpected, try to overcharge, or do the least possible quality, and R&F which was always on top of things and alert to any issues. Last but not least, it really is top customer service and quality, at mid-range prices. Again, I recommend them to any St Louis person who is looking for tilers they can trust.

The tile looks beautiful on my fireplace wall. The installation quality is excellent! I want R&F to do the tile work in my basement remodel.
