Great experience working with Westport Tile and Granite. I was looking to replace a kitchen island countertop and Krissy Marcantel was great in giving me various options and was even able to find me a great remnant piece that worked for the size I needed. They could have made more money off me by not selling a remnant as it was a larger size piece I needed. Krissy gave me a couple of good options and even provided pictures from the yard of the actual slabs she had available so I could see the exact variations in the marble, understand any imperfections, etc. I'd recommend Westport Tile & Granite and especially Krissy.

I have been very disappointed with the customer service of Westport Tile and Granite. The process from the start has been disorganized, from miss-ordering tile products which extended our project 4 weeks, using the wrong grout on our tile requiring the tile to be removed, re-ordered and reinstalled adding another 3 weeks, to miss managing the fabrication of our custom stone slabs (40sqft of stone has magically disappeared) extending another 4weeks. We are 3 months over schedule and down a full bath due to their mismanagement of project and lack of communication with their own installers/fabricators. As a member of the design community, I could never recommend their services to one of my peers or clients. I hope that my disappointment will keep them from making your project a frustration.
