        Absolutely RUDEST people around here. Not even worth going in. Just go to carmax if youre trying to sell your car! They do not want your business or maybe theyre just racist against Asians. We were trying to sell our car and went in to get an appraisal. Guy at the front desk rudely asked, You have the title? To which we replied we just applied for a duplicate and the guy refused to even do an appraisal without a title in hand, which is ridiculous because were not going to sell it to you if you lowball us? Of course the guy wanted to tell me We dont want you shopping around for better prices. Well be the last ones you come to. Well sweetie, thats how sales work so Im not sure whats going on here. Other guys present in the surrounding area just let this happen, too.

        I will ALWAYS go to VW Kirkwood because of the amazing customer service Ive received in the last 3-4 years. Brandi is THE BEST sales member and ultimately wants the best for you. Grant, in finance, is amazing and so good at his job. I highly recommend going to VW Deanteam Kirkwood!
