We had all our windows replaced through Penny Window and we love them. Our Penny Window installation team of Tim, Dave and Ryan did a fantastic job. They stayed diligent in doing a great install job and kept the installation site extremely clean during the entire process. Great job and would highly recommend Penny Window!

Edited response back to Mr.Owner as party refers themselves as. I called asking to speak with someone inside marketing or possibly owner of company. Working over 25 years as designer/builder/property investor that sent several referrals of my clients and my business to Penny Window thru the years because of fair pricing and budgets. I first shockingly was answered with a very rude male individual that asked if I was just a spam caller which I am not! I never had anyone greet their phone system in this matter over the years. My business is a repeat purchase/referral to Penny Windows as to several venders in the building field for many years bc of budget realms I must work within. He was argumentative and said there is not a marketing department. So I then asked for owner and was transferred to a man named Jason who at first did not want to say his name when I asked who am I speaking with all he would say is marketing (interesting) I was just told there is not a marketing department??? At this point I asked for owner and his name feeling as though the call was not being handled appropriately. I asked the man again his name to which he said Jason and that owners names are Chuck and Jim. I explained their google reviews were very low at 3.8rating and that I maybe cud help them with better online review presence bc as an outside entity that refers to their company I have been questioned by my clients why wud I refer or prefer to Penny Windows with lower review ratings verses other competition? Pricing is my first short answer, but I have repeatedly explained they are a fair price point for budget and I have used them for years and hadnt had issues on our investment flips. I was interested to speak to marketing and or owner to figure out a way to help by having my clients submit good reviews for the both of us as the referrals on behalf of them and my business and if there was a way we cud join like minds since I have heavily referred through the years and is reflection of my business and theirs. I never was calling to sell anything! They have made money off me not the other way around! But felt it was something worth a convo that could possibly benefit both companies. No sales no monies involved to have good follow thru referrals and reviews to boost business both ways. But I never made it that far. Jason rudely said we know we have a low rating we cant please everyone! I replied but Im offering help to you how as a company you can try to do better at satisfying your customers bc my business too is one of them. Jason said, we dont want any help or want to learn what youre talking about we are fine as is. My point is Penny Windows owned by Chuck and Jim in the St.Louis Missouri market does not give that assuring vibe now to me sadly by Jasons response to care which shocked me as the company had never before treated me in this way. It just felt disappointing and I have since removed them as my companys window provider and referral bc I never want my clients to be treated as such Jason treated me moving forward. So yes I have edited this in response to Mr.Owner below, bc I do not appreciate the owners response below insinuating for less then the good business I have referred them for many years, or that I solicited anything more then good business network to have good positive referrals and reviews in order to keep them as my business referral bc of fair pricing which us one thing I will give them and that a lot of years of doing good fair work of a descent product inside budget but the rudeness of the call exchange and lack of concern of call handlers was just not necessary. I wish them much success in future but am saddened they felt this was ok to be so very rude. Mr. Owner, Please no need to falsely insinuate call as different origin then good business practices and fair reviews of how your company treated me as a customer and referral. The person your strong arming perhaps should be addressed is your own in-house. Original Call took place at 10:18am central 2/2/2024 on line 314-

I purchased 3 windows converting 2 windows into a picture window. And 2 small windows on each side. I have a HOA, and when the guy came out to do my estimate. I told him that I want grids in the windows. Which is required by my HOA. The guy ordered me clear glass windows and installed them about 6 weeks after purchase. I called the store to let them know that the windows that was installed wasnt the correct windows that I purchased. About 4 weeks later, Penny Window came back out to install the new windows, only to find out that the windows still wasnt the correct windows. I called back again and the guys at office told me that due to the holidays the owners was not available and that they would call me after. To this day no one has called me nor did they apologize for ordering and installing the wrong windows. Not to mention that the install guy came into my home to install on a rainy day and attempted to step his wet boots on my blonde color carpet. I had to offer him trash bags to cover his boots. Im so unhappy and dissatisfied with the entire deal. I will never recommend this company.
