        This location is unprofessional, rude, and ghettoand the associates are liars. Called to check on an in store pickup order that was placed the previous day because I had not received a confirmation email that the (ONE) headband I ordered was ready. The associate lied and said it takes their stores several days to process in store pick up orders. Then the associate acted like I was bothering her by calling. I called customer service and was advised that orders are processed same day as long as they are placed by 12pm that day. As I stated, my order was placed the day before and customer service confirmed that the system showed the order was placed the day before. I cancelled my order. This was my first and last time shopping here. The cheap clothing is not worth the headache.

        My daughter purchased quite a bit during their 50 percent black Friday sale. Friendly employees doing a great job during this hectic time of year.
