        This Eileen Fisher location offers helpful service, with a petites section in store. I had my eye on a specific velvet tunic top, and wanted to see if it came in additional colors than what I had previously seen online and in the store at Water Tower Place. After looking around the store, I ended up trying on the tunic, in black velvet, along with another olive colored silk top. There are multiple dressing room, and I appreciated the little face masks (similar to fabric booties) that I could put on so I didn't smear makeup all over the clothing. I ended up purchasing the velvet top in basic black and am looking forward into working it into my rotation for the upcoming holiday festivities to add a dose of timeless, yet easygoing elegance. I do wish this store was a little more brightly lit, but perhaps that is more of a corporatewide aesthetic or directive.

        I'm on the lookout for a comfortable black dress that I can wear to the office with booties.  After looking through the Garnet Hill catalog I noticed a couple of items that looked cute and decided to stop in.  The woman who greeted me was very friendly and offered a few nice suggestions.  None really fit the bill but I appreciated the nice customer service.
