    Brought my 03 RL in for a charging system diagnosis. I was initially very dissatisfied with the thoroughness of my diagnosis, as it didn't cover areas I felt were necessary, such as an assessment of the grounds' condition, the status of the ELD, or even a voltage reading at all, in lieu of pointing at a somewhat obvious culprit ("noisy alternator"). However, after filling out the customer survey (that they surely send everyone) to that effect, I received a check in the mail for a refund of the diagnosis less than whole week later. So with all of it in mind, the service experience itself was quite pleasant, very easy, and exceedingly professional. The lounge for waiting was very comfortable, with fresh coffee (at 3:00 on a week day) and small snacks. The service writer also ran back and forth with my questions to the tech several times with an very polite & unbothered rapport. Definitely a comfortable, and premium experience, for a VERY similar diagnosis charge as any other shop. Overall I'd have to recommend them. My particular case seems to have just been a blip, and I'm probably not the typical customer they work with (do a lot of my own work, but occasionally cross-check with a professional diagnosis). Plus the fact they do actually read, and act on the general surveys inspires a lot of confidence. I'll likely try them again next time I need to escalate an issue I'm working on.

    I purchased a certified pre-owned Acura MDX from Frank Leta Acura. Samir was my sales specialist. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and the vehicle was "as advertised". However, a few things did not meet my expectations. After the test drive and before the car was detailed, I asked if 2-3 small scratches could be buffed out and the dealership sticker removed from the rear of the vehicle. I was told that would not be a problem. After the paperwork was completed and I was ready to leave, I noticed these items were not addressed. At this point, I had been at the dealership as long as I was willing to stay (about two hrs) so I didn't bring the issue back up with the staff; I didn't want to wait around any longer. Also, I negotiated for a set of Weathertech floor mats to be included with the vehicle. And what i received were a set of used rubber Acura MDX floor mats from another vehicle. While the mats are decent quality and better than carpet mats, there were not the new Weathertech mats we agreed upon. These issues are not "deal breakers" at all, but I cannot provide a 5 star review for this.
