Southmoor Apartments

This place made me wish I was a white woman. I applied, then 2 weeks later I hear nothing. I email, then drive there because I need to know whats going on. She tells me whats taking so long. So I inform her that if she contacts my previous landlord, they could get the confusion straightened out. By the time I get home I get an email that says I was denied. The lady could have simply told me when I was there that I was denied.Edited part: I gave you the information to contact my previous landlord. I even contacted them myself and was told you did not reach out to them. Dont lie on this review. Its a new year do better.

I loved my stay at Southmoor!! The community is beautiful and well kept. The amenities are perfect.. pool, gym, etc.. The leasing office ladies are nice and maintenance is prompt. Highly recommend if youre looking for a new home.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Southmoor. We moved out only to get back into a house. We looked at numerous apartments online and I personally toured many apartments and chose Southmoor. Caitlin, Sarah and the office staff were always helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly. The apartments were clean. The setting itself is very scenic. Really nice neighbors as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice and clean apartment's, property is beautiful and great for activities, friendly people in the office and maintenance is the best. Maintenance mostly handled same day if you call early enough in the day. They always knock, too. Specify if they can enter if you're not there and I let them enter when I was away and NEVER had anything missing. Complaints are handled directly with the office regarding other tenants and I never felt that my complaints would not be addressed. I was always one to speak pleasantly and never rude to them as they were pleasant as well. You will not regret living g here. The washer/dryer was decent, the dishwasher was great, the overall set up of the apartment was perfect. There's a gas fireplace and lovely kitchen appliances. My neighbors were great and they don't allow smoking in select buildings. Loudness and unruly behavior is not tolerated.
