Dr. Santos is amazing, but sadly this office now considers you just a number and doesnt provide the best patient care. Even if hes your primary provider, anytime you try to schedule with him they try to just shift you to the nurse practitioner days later or say theyve got nothing at all. I was told to consider making appointments in advance for a sick visit, not wellness. Its a joke. After waiting all day for a callback I got a careless, rude receptionist callback with a chip on her shoulder. Once this office moved it became very clear that the patient is no longer a priority which sucks because Jaime Santos is a great physician.
