        I was apprehensive about deciding to join until I just kept going back. I felt that the bad knees and temperamental back would make it a waste of my money. Not so! The trainers have modifications for everything and are so patient. They never hesitate to help when I cant quite manage a specific exercise. Definitely couldnt do it without the amazing and knowledgeable trainers!

        Burn is absolutely incredible! The trainers are so great! They acknowledge me and push me to keep going when I feel like quitting. I would 100% recommend Burn to anyone and everyone. Im obsessed!

        Burn provides a clean and inviting atmosphere! I was hesitant to try a place so BIG, with such a big crowd but the positive energy is electric. All of the trainers are wonderful and always push you to believe in yourself.

        I love my early morning workouts at Burn Boot Camp South County! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I like that the workouts are planned out in advance so I dont have to think about what I need to be doing. There is something for everyone here!
