Working with Janette and Beth is a real pleasure! When I have questions about my insurance, Janette provides many options for cost savings and best coverage for my needs. I can get ahold of her anytime of the day, in emergency, and call backs are quick and responsive. Farmers Insurance is represented well with Janette and Beth, her backup. The Wentzville location is absolutely the perfect location for my needs. Highly recommended!

My car was one of the casualties of the recent hail storms in Ofallon, MO. Janette Scott is my agent. I have never received the kind of care and attention from any agent, that Janette has provided. Calls, texts, help getting an adjuster and assistance through each and every step. She has proactively reach out of her own accord several times to ensure that we were getting the proper care when our car was totalled, and making sure we were taken care of like we were the only claim, when actually we were just one of hundreds at least. I cannot say enough! The absolute best, above and beyond!
