Ive been a patient of Dr. Hand for over a decade. He is a compassionate and caring person with a wonderful attitude. He never makes you feel rushed and listens carefully to all your questions and concerns. When my HBP meds stopped working, Dr. Hand kept trying different meds and combinations of meds until we got it under control again. I like that you can text his office and get a response quickly. Ive followed him to three different locations and will continue to do so. Once you find such a great and caring doctor, you dont want to settle for one that tells you, Well, youre getting older and have to expect that.

I have been seeing Doctor Hand for several years and will never switch doctors. He is excellent in explaining blood work results with any concerns or things that really aren't a concern. Appointment times are adhered to and I don't recall ever having to wait beyond the expected appointment time, but yet he takes all the time you need during the visit. He is thorough, knowledgable, tech savvy for prescriptions and responding to emails through the patient portal. Basically everything you could want from a primary care physician.
