Fleet Feet South County

I bought my first pair of running shoes ever, wore them for a little over a month, granted I put quite a few miles on them in this time period. The shoes started to show significant signs of wear, but also developed holes in the sides of the shoes on both shoes. I took the shoes back up there to see if there was any kind of warranty on the product since they were barely over a month old. When I showed the employee he agreed they shouldnt be developing holes in the sides of the shoes. He verified that there was indeed a 60-day warranty, a fleet feet guarantee. They brought up my scan of my feet, showed me other options for shoes in my size and width then got me exchanged with no questions asked. The sale rep even told me that newly exchanged shoes came with the same 60-warranty. That was awesome of the company to help me out like that. I highly recommend giving them a chance if youre looking for new running shoes, or even if youre a first time buyer like myself.

I love that shoe fittings are actually based on a scan of your foot and a profile of how you walk. The attention to finding a shoe that supports YOU is very important to me. The shoes I get at FF are always a better fit than the ones I get on my own. The staff at South County were wonderful and it was an overall great experience. I suggest you try to go on weekday instead of weekend if you want to avoid crowds and get great 1:1 attention.

Seth did an awesome job fitting me and my husband for new shoes. He loves his and unfortunately mine werent a great fit but I was able to return and purchase a different pair with ease! Thanks so much, will definitely be back!
