        Smoothie was bland. I was charged for my smoothie and someone else's shake. When I asked to see the receipt the employee huffed at me and walked off with the receipt. Even the manager was upset with employees but nothing got fixed. We were a party of 6 and NONE of us or our families will be returning. Worst experience EVER.

        Would give a 0 stars if I could! Came in and the workers were to busy having a personal conversation to greet me and my family. Waited for a minute and still nothing so we left and went somewhere else.

        I go here all the time and the ice cream is always amazing! Tonight was a different experience the 2 girls working up front were very rude, throwing the straws down on the counter and we did not even get greeted. It was like we were bothering them by walking through the doors. Horrible experience and if you cant have good customer service simply get a different job that doesnt have human interaction

        We always enjoy our visits to Cold Stone. We always have great service. The staff is quick to greet you and very pleasant. Its always clean. And of course the ice cream is amazing!
