I had Arnies plumbing recently come out to my house to address an issue with my plumbing backing up. They were on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell this company takes pride in their work, as they made sure to respect my home and really cared about getting my issue resolved . Ive lived in the same house for over three years and their attention to detail was impressive. My problem was resolved that day, even with the city needing to come out and mark where the lines were. I would highly recommend this company and am so grateful that they were the ones called out for the job. The workers are awesome, they get the job done quick and do a good job. But the office workers are disrespectful and Id rather not deal with that.

We bought a new house east of Springfield and moved in this past June. Arnie's had installed the plumbing as well as the HVAC when the house was built. Not long after we moved in I noticed we had very low water pressure when I tried to water the new sod. Arnie's promptly sent a technician out who found the water pressure and been set too low. He adjusted it and solved the problem. Over the next few weeks I also noticed some condensation dripping from one of the PVC pipes coming out of the AC onto the plywood base. I called Arnie's, Twyla took the call, and said someone would be out to check out the condensation. Two of Arnie's technicians, Shawn and Caleb, including their 'team lead' Paul, promptly came out. They checked everything out to make sure everything was working properly, and also examined the condensation leak. They found it was caused by the design of the front cover of the HVAC itself, not anything Anrie's had done. So Shawn and Caleb wrapped some additional foam insulation around the pipe to stop the leak. Paul also took the time to examine all the vents, thermostat, filters, and the system itself since it was laid out a bit different from the house we had moved from, and he explained the best way to adjust the vents to maximize the vents for cooling and heating. Shawn and Caleb had to come out a couple more times to wrap more insulation around the pipe but they solved the problem. Both are great HVAC techs. As far as I'm concerned Arnie's is the only one to call if you are having any problem or issue with your plumbing or HVAC. They are, in my opinion, one of the best. Kudos to Twyla, Shawn, Caleb, and especially Paul. These guys are the HVAC experts. They are all prompt, courteous, friendly, and they know their 'stuff' when it comes to plumbing or HVAC. I won't hesitate to call them again if need be, and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Service: A/C system maintenance

I've used the services of Arnie's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Services since moving into my home in Battlefield and have been satisfied with the services, which have included annual heating and AC maintenance and replacement of hot water heater. However, when I called to schedule routine inspection/maintenance of my furnace (for which I have a contract) I was told "no" by the rather unpleasant woman answering phone, that she would not schedule the appointment because "we're doing it different now". She said THEY would call ME to schedule the appt. This was on September 26, 2023. It is now October 24th and I'm still waiting for someone to call me. The temps are soon dropping into the 30's. Apparently, my business is not appreciated. I've called to schedule with another company and will no longer do business with Arnie's. This is not how you treat a loyal customer.
