Ive never had anyone be rude to me at the office. I would give five stars for everyone there, especially Rina when she was there, except a woman named lori who called me after i applied for help. I was having issues with a landlord, and multiple places have said that its the next persons job basically. I could not find anyone to help me, and i am feeling overwhelmed lately because I have a health issue thats painful i am trying to get surgery for, a daughter who goes to appointments 3 to 4 times a week on a reguler basis because she has some health issues as well. Anyways, I was in the middle of moving out because i no longer felt safe in my apartment and legal aid finally called back, i thought maybe someone would help me this time.I told her some of the things i was going through and she immediately came back with a comment telling me im all over the place and make no sense. Literally at the start of our conversation.I was trying to explain best i can, already downtrodden and so stressed and scared for me and my daughter. And instead i was met with no compassion and almost an accusatory tone. I got upset, hung up. The other person on the end of the line had shown how she feels about people like me. I might as well of been talking to the same landlord. They know you don't pay them, they know they can behaved towards you how they want, and they know they don't care because they are already busy with other cases. You are a nothing but a fart in the wind to them.
