Arvest Bank

Poor customer service. Never once have I paid a fee to cash a check as a non account holder and teller tried to charge me $5. Regardless of whether its policy or not, Ive been to countless branches and cashed countless checks and never once have I paid a fee. Very disappointed in how I was treated at this particular location. Will not be back nor recommend this location.

Cynthia is great! She helped us with our loan. My husband spent almost his whole day here, because of the dealership. She was hilarious and overall great. She was hilarious and delt with my husband's sarcasm! Kept us entertained

If you can bank anywhere else on this planet go there instead of Arvest bank!!  I have never dealt with so many errors,  they're putting other people's money in my mortgage account,  they don't know how to make a deposit with cash and a check... They are incompetent  and ridiculous when trying to fix there errors over  the phone, just pathetic !! So if you can go anywhere else just do it... Arvest is  a joke!!!

I like this bank but, they have closed two of these banks in separate towns. The closest one to me is 50 miles away. So I am looking for a new banks close to me.

I dont know her much but i think her name is Debbie she is veryyy rude and very rude to her employees. and she was pretty rude to me earlier today. i will be calling corporate and letting them know about her.
