Ridiculous pricing for snap in dentures. $50,000 and its not even top of the line for the industry. Dentist walked away before I thought the conversation was over and didnt get all my questions answered. He ushered us into another room to get pricing and schedule when we were there just for a consultation. When we were getting pricing we were not even given pricing for what we came in for. We had to ask for pricing on the permanent dentures. I got a second opinion about the nature of different types of permanent dentures and the information we were given at Aspen Dental wasnt even accurate. There are lock in dentures for half the price at Innovative Dental with people that listen, take time to answer all questions, and are upfront about everything and have state of the art equipment. I felt like the dentist at Aspen Dental was giving misinformation just to get a sale. If that wasnt the case then hes not as informed on current technology as I would hope. Either way it wasnt worth our time.

The visit started fine and everyone seemed great, up until the consult. I was in for an extraction and chose Aspen because their website advertised a very reasonable price and looked like they had good services. During the consult the price of the extraction had jumped more than double what was advertised and when I inquired the reason, Veronica couldn't give me an answer other than "you should trust the website because those prices aren't accurate". I wasn't upset about the new price, but I was upset that they couldn't answer my questions about why the price increased. Felt very dishonest and unprofessional. Won't be going back.

My mom broke her bottom denture yesterday. I called and made an appointment but mom was sick. So I took a chance and dropped by at 10:30. The receptionist asked the person if they could be fixed and they had them done by 1:30. Amazing service! Thank you
