I live in Branson and I tried to make it to my appointment after work, I get there 15 minutes late and they want me to re-schedule my appointment because of that. Wasn't busy at all every body just standing around looking at me, they just want to go home , I guess.

Very helpful and accomodating.Great experience, not pushy when you are trying to browse/shop for frames. My husband got his glasses a week ahead the schedule. Thank you!

Went in for the two pairs special. Selection was pretty weak. Staff gave weird vibes beginning to end. Very docile bunch. Eye exam doctor tried scamming me by writing me a one year prescription instead of a two year after telling me how amazed he was that my prescription hadn't changed at all over the last three years. So after asking him to change it to a two year, dude tries acting like he's doing me a favor. It's like, Bro I'm 38 years old. I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid. I know how this works. I've never not gotten a two year prescription. Anyways, I get my glasses about a week later. They both fit and feel ok. Made from very cheap materials though. Hence why the two year prescription is so important. I'm gonna wear these jank gumball machine glasses for about a year and a half. Then I'm gonna score some ray bans right before my prescription expires. Then when I come back in for an eye exam here in five years they can tell me again how amazed they are that my prescription didn't change at all. Went in for the two pairs special. If you need your glasses or contacts in a timely manner, this is not the place for you! Staff and doctors were great, very friendly and helpful. I play goalie on an ice hockey team, and Katelyn helped me find a pair of frames that could withstand the stress of being inside a goalie helmet (I usually wear contacts while playing but sometimes I forget them). In addition, when I decided to add a pair of sunglasses at the very end Katelyn was happy to assist me. However, like many of the reviews on here, I have to dock them for the time it takes to get your glasses and contacts in. My dad goes to Pearl Vision and his glasses came within 2 days, my sister goes to Eyeglass World hers come within 5 days, but mine take 2 weeks! Dont know who you guys use to compose your orders, but change it, please! If you need your glasses or contacts in a timely manner, this is not the place for you!
