First time review writer here.. that is how incredible Plumb-Rite is at customer service. Two days ago a leaky toilet was discovered in my bathroom and less than 12 hours later Randy had installed a new standard size toilet. My previous toilet was not standard size however Randy corrected this issue for FREE!!! I was so shocked by the professionalism, generosity and kindness Randy and management had shown me throughout this process I was speechless for awhile. True customer service is so hard to come by these days but Plumb-Rite really impressed me and sold me on never using another plumbing company again. I recently installed granite counter tops in my home. I needed a plumber to come when the granites, and sinks were installed. Al at Plumb Rite hooked up my new sinks and new faucets on a timely basis. They look great, Al was quick, efficient and everything looks great. Plumb rite was recommended to me by two other people and I am so glad I contacted them to do the work. Plumb Rite has my business from now on, they are great to work with. They are my “go-to” for all plumbing and HVAC needs. Great people, great prices and great service! Since using them 3 years ago they are the only people I call when I have a problem. I recommend them to everyone.
