Agent Barbi DeLozier visited the property and we discussed comps, merit, and value before the house was listed. She also created a Facebook video. She showed the property personally and prepared for an open house. We had about 8 showings before the scheduled open house and 2 offers. She worked with the buyers agent, negotiated terms, and we closed for a fair price. I have bought and sold several homes in the past and the most legitimate and genuine endorsement that I can offer is that I will use her again on my next real estate transaction.
