We contacted Amy at the recommendation of relatives when we found a property that seemed to meet the needs specific to our situation, although we had not been looking long nor prepared to buy, and were living in another state. Amy walked us through the entire home-buying process, from the point of finding the property to closing, and in our case it was quite a process. We cant imagine that another realtor could have been as kind, patient, or dedicated as she was. One of Amys outstanding qualities is that she is a great communicator - she takes time to explain clearly yet without talking down or pressuring. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, yet humble, and handled all our first-time buyer questions with dignity and respect - even when having to go over the same material for us multiple times. Amy went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and its unlikely we would have been able to secure the property we have today without her. We are so appreciative of all the work she did on our behalf, and would highly recommend her.

Amy is on top of the game. We have used her to sell my parents home and buy a new one that was more handicap accessible. Then again to help sell my father in laws home. All were done at record speed.

Fantastic organization. We had attempted to sell our place with other realtors and had little luck. Once we contracted with Amy, our house was sold within the next week for more than we had imagined we could get. I can't recommend The Collective enough.
