        I like the simplicity of everything youve put together. Its really plug and play which is super helpful! Its also a nice refresher on the basics which can easily get lost.

        Horrible leads. I stressed my importance of better leads or exercise money back. They will try and make it so hard for you to get your money back. Not ONE lead was good. All wrong numbers or had no clue why I was calling. A couple thousand dollars wasted! Pissed!

        I have never purchased leads before and was hesitant to spend money in this fashion but am entering an empty nest phase of my life and wanted to take my existing and fairly robust business to the next level, listing-wise. Almost all of my business is on the listing side and almost all repeat business, but market conditions and Winter have given me time to re evaluate where Im going. House Jet, thus far, has been succinct, cost effective (and flexible payment) and Im hoping to do just this. Stay tuned!

Essentially what that means is that a lead was entered into your CRM that you have not yet taken action on in the database itself. It is vital to be taken action on each lead received to ensure your lead flow continues. We do want to do anything we can to align you in the best position to get to your first closing.
