        I ordered an breaker for an electrical panel online, picked it up from this store but then found a better deal elsewhere so I went to return the item. I had to try and return it 4 different times because Tim Turner didn't know how to do a refund and I eventually had to do his job for him and call the company, get the Retail Help Phone Number for him, and baby feed him how to take care of a customer. He wasn't rude about it, but wasn't helpful at all. He was computer illiterate and all he had to do was type my order number in (yes, I had the receipt), then click the giant red box that says "process a return" Welcome to the year 2000, we have the internet. Plus one star for Ace having a good price for the item.
