        Our inspector Ed Macdonald came out to do the initial inspection and did an amazing job explaining everything to help us understand house foundation. I loved that he even had pictures and items we could physically touch to deepen our understanding. He even notified us of a gas leak we didn't know we had. We are grateful and very happy with our inspection and inspector.

        We contacted FRS in 2021, Steve inspected our home, made a plan of Encapsulation to correct water/moisture problems with great success. 2023 we noticed our home seemed unstable. Grant came out and after inspection and measurements a plan was made. I have to say the solution was out of our budget. We had a meeting and found a way to protect our home and budget. The team came out and after 2 days Matt, Marlen, and Cameron did a great job, listened to our concerns, explained what was done, and cleaned up. Grant told us to call him should we have concerns and he would be back in 3 months to check our home. Should we need help in the future we will call FRS.

        Jordan P. did my annual inspection, and was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He discovered the early stages of a leak in one of my sump outlet pipes, and replaced the PVC and elbow joint involved on the spot. Very wise of FRS to send experienced techs, armed with basic repair equipment to do these inspections, for this very reason. Very highly impressed with every facet of Jordans visit.
