Window Source installed a new patio sliding glass door for us in April 2000. About 1 month ago, we woke up to find the outer pane of one side of the door shattered. There had been a bad storm overnight and something had apparently hit our door breaking it. I called Window Source and they ordered us a replacement panel, which they installed for FREE today under their Lifetime Warranty. It's one thing for a company to give a Lifetime Warranty, but it's another thing for them to actually honor it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Source for your window and door needs. I won't use anyone else.

Phil was very responsive and helpful. We had almost all of our windows and both sliding glass doors replaced. The installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend their services. Services: Sliding glass door installation & replacement, Window installation
