Ordered two Texas burger combo's asked for veggies and certain veggies off and they just gave me plain burgers instead.

They did good, but it definitely wasnt the best experience Ive ever had. I had a dine in order, which I waited about 20 minutes for our food, which was okay since my kiddos were playing and I wasnt in a rush. They gave my food to the other group I had gone there with, which thankfully it was them, otherwise it could have been given to a stranger. The staff were very friendly, and when my kiddos asked for some crowns, they happily talked to my kiddos and gave them crowns, so engaging with the kids was a plus in my book. I had to clean my table off because it had not been cleaned and was the only one big enough in the play space for the whole group. I think there is a lot of room for improvement, especially because had we been in a rush, waiting 20 minutes for 1 adult meal and 2 kids meals is a bit excessive, but I didnt have a horrible time. Hoping someone might see this and decide they want to put in the effort to make things better. Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to our kiddos. The cashier even acknowledged our kids when they were asking for the crowns. Plus, the play place was excellent for keeping my kids entertained. We were there for over two hours!

Good food good service friendly staff and they was slow so staff was doing a deep clean on building when we was there was nice to see
