King West One

My husband and I have lived at King West One for about 4 and a half years and have loved our apartment. The maintenance crew is amazing! They are kind, personable, and get repairs done quickly. Overall we have had good neighbors who are friendly. Office staff are kind, caring, and willing to listen to frustrations. They try their best to handle complaints that benefit all involved. We appreciate Roundhouse for the work they have put in with King West One.

Iam deeply concerned about what my wife and I got into here...they closed our account for repairs and stated everything was fixed. NOT THE CASE.. NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED OR ADDRESSED . The rep for the apartment called to check on the service and informed me what has happened. Repaires not only were not fixed,,,not even looked it.. Staff was rude to us and really didn't address ANYTHING!...PLEASE FIX OUR CONCERNS!! WE DO NOT WANT TO TO pay for things that were supposed to be fixed!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 6 MONTHS

Failed to have me sign new lease agreement after requested through email. This led to a miscommunication and me spending an extra months rent on a place I didnt live for me not notifying 30 days in advance. Couldnt get ahold of local leasing office after lease was officially over. Corporate office in Idaho had to refund my deposit which was less than the original $900 for reasons that have not been explained to me because I cant reach the local office. The apartments are all electric$$$, drafty$$$, high ceilings, and do not provide access to garage from apartments.
