Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a sandwich online for delivery, I open it up, it's completely wrong, so I drive over there myself to get the correct sandwich, drive home, open my sandwich. Still doesn't have the proper ingredients that the sandwich says it has. It doesn't taste good at all. I'm very upset with the lack of common knowledge the workers have for their menu, and the lack of care they have for their paying customers who order sandwiches and expect to have what it says on the sandwich. Won't be going back.

Love love love Jersey mikes. However I have a bone to pick with the ones in Billings. Both Shiloh and grand have a horrible system for pick up orders. While the employees are professional, the orders are always late each time Ive ordered. The grand location appears to have better management than Shiloh, my order was only late by 15 minutes most recently. Just know take out orders most likely won't be any faster than going in store, order at your own risk.

Foods good, thought it was weird when the kid running the place told the nice lady not to point at me but to make the universal sign for stop when referring to me like it was offensive. thats not offensive that is precise dont be a softie kid. She did great. Your micro managing annoyed me and i could tell it did her too.

Dylan and the crew at this Jersey Mike's is awesome!! Great service, great food, prepared and served by all around great people. Highly recommend!!
