I went in there Wednesday 20,2023. No one asked if I wanted help. They ignored me. And. the last hour they was talking and laughing very loud it was getting annoying and I couldn't concentrate. Unprofessional group. I sure miss the old staff the old staff was very helpful I hardly here now because I do not want get treated funny I might say something I regret

I saw the Job Service booth at the library. I went to speak with them and I was able to get help with a Flagger Certificate. While, I wasn't called but I did get employed. Thanks Billings Job Service!!

I got laid off of my job of 21 years. The folks at Billings Job Service were a great help to me in my re-entering the workforce. Everyone was so kind & positive! I watched them interact with others too & they treat everyone the same. They gave me helpful resume & interviewing tips & even set me up with a private room, with a computer & webcam, to use for interviews. I once came out of that room & was greeted by staff giving me high fives! I believe they truly care about people. Because I was getting severance pay, I didnt think I would qualify for unemployment benefits, until one of their staff encouraged me to apply & even walked me through the online forms. Sure enough! I did qualify, along with my other colleagues that were also laid off! Their services are invaluable & completely FREE! Give them a try!

So I just got off the phone with a lady and I asked her a simple question want to get an answer cuz a friend of mine direct me towards there and I basically asked her you know do you know anybody you know recommend like wrongfully termination for lawyer the lady just got a nerve to tell me it's a lot of them in the phone book if that's how you say things to people who calls there you don't even need to work there seriously you about the horrible lady there is someone when he talked to and I bet you I would never call y'all again and would never recommend nobody to y'all again
