        I've been waiting to hear from this business about my Valentine Day experience, but no response so far. Valentine's Day I ordered roses and chocolates to be delivered. Only a small bouquet of roses were delivered, no chocolates. We are now into March and still no answer nor apology about my chocolates. Not doing business with them again. Update: here is the #7TF3, it's from the text I was sent on the day (12 Feb) when I called in the order.

        My mom was hospitalized for emergency surgery and I was too far away. Heather came through for me and dropped off the most beautiful arrangement at the hospital. I'm so grateful and my mom is thrilled with the beautiful flowers. Thank you, I'm so grateful.

        First so thankful they were open on a Sunday and able to not only deliver to a place of business on the same day but it was Memorial day weekend. Gave a description of the type of bouquet I was hoping for and Heather out did my expectations! They were absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend!

If we had forgotten your chocolates we'll be more than happy to get them to you. I do most of my work on line and do open my store by appointment, and answer all incoming calls. Our policy is first in first out. Your order was placed in the afternoon the day of Valentine's day. Im sorry we were unable to fill your request on such short notice as the item you selected online was out of stock. We were happy to offer a similar item for replacement.
