Best company I have ever worked for.The owner is very nice and the scheduler is understanding and great to work with.I get to pick my schedule which is awesome with having kids and owning my own business on the side.The place where they staff for is also the best environment I've ever worked in.

I have worked for Yellowstone ROC for over 2 years and have loved it. The communication I receive from the owner and scheduler is amazing. The fact that I can just call/text them with questions or concerns and get a response back in a very timely manner is what I like most. They have worked really well with my schedule because I am a college student so I switch from part to full time throughout the year and are very understanding and help with the changes no problem. I have had a really great experience with YROC and could not recommend them enough for a nursing agency!

I have been working for YROC for over 3 years! I love the availability of shifts. I am able to make my own schedule to be able to be at all of my kids school and extra-curricular activities. They are very understanding of things that can and do arise and work with you when needed! I recommend to anyone needing a flexible schedule to apply.

Do not work for this company. The only 5 star ratings they have are in retaliation to the honest 1 star ratings they have received. Here is my story. I have been harassed by the owner for over a year now because i questioned their infection protocols during the beginning of the pandemic. Then 2 months later I was told I was never fired and needed to pick up a shift. They have since began filing reports with unemployment to force me to pay back my earnings after they terminated me and claimed that I refused a perfectly good job offer from them. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE! The job is great unless you decide to question a policy or stop working with them.
