We had Josh come to our home to complete a pre-list inspection, so we knew of any potential issues with our house before listing on the market. He was very thorough. He made sure to walk us through every recommended fix and the best way to fix it. We will be using him again to complete the inspection on the house we will be purchasing! We have used Josh twice now in the past couple years, and have been very impressed with his work both times. We received a very comprehensive report on the home, that showed Joshs careful attention to detail and thoroughness. Josh was awesome from the moment he got to our home. He explained everything he was doing and why. At the end of our inspection he explained what we needed to fix and why. He has continued to check with us and make sure we have all the information we need!
