        The hotel looks very classy on the surface. The lobby is nice and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The parking garage that's attached seems safe and is reasonably priced. But the rooms were interesting. They were nice and had quality accommodations but they seemed to just be a little dirty. Walkability: The central location makes it close to a lot of things.

        Reasonably friendly and helpful staff. Pretty close to the hospital which is why I was in town although it would be a solid 20 min walk. Plenty of places to eat and drink are easily walkable from the hotel. The room itself was pretty nice in terms of decor and comfort. Some deferred maintenance with wallpaper peeling. I appreciate the relatively quiet heater. The biggest downside was the street/traffic noise which was intrusive. Additionally, there was an air blower going in a utility area that seemed aimed at drying some water damage in the ceiling which contributed to the noise.For this reason only, I will seek alternative accommodations next time I'm in town. Food & drinks: Bar and restaurant available.
