Stopped in to see if I could get my phone problem fixed. The phone wouldn't charge and it turns out the solution was to clean the charging port. 5 mins and the phone was good to go, free of charge.

Had an emergency while working south of Cody, WY. Smashed the screen on my iPhone 8. Called at 8:00 AM and explained situation. Guy I spoke with asked about my phone and said that they had to parts to fix it. Asked when I could get to Billings. When I arrived, they took the phone immediately and began repairs. 1.25 hours later (which is what I was told it would take) the phone was repaired. I truly appreciate the assistance as I needed the phone for work. Excellent customer service, work done correctly and quickly. They understood that I drove over two hours to get there and that I was in a bind to get this fixed. I'm almost 70 and these guys reminded me of the "old days" when a shop actually cared about what they do and their customers. "We Fix It") Batteries Plus gets my highest recommendation.

I thought I was going to need my charging port completely changed out but they were so kind to help me and explain that my port was just dirty and not broken. Ive been to places before that would leap at an opportunity to take advantage and overcharge but they were honest, explained the issue and even showed me the phone charge after they were done.
