The Utah branch has a bad apple. I don't like seeing my wife be the scapegoat for everyone else's mistakes. She is constantly making corrections to other reviewers cases and when brought up to Jessica in the Utah branch she stated 'o I forgot'. She is picking and choosing who she wants to give a hard time. My wife has given 6 years to the advocates and has been humiliated countless times for others mistakes. I expect better from this firm. You want clients to trust you with their problems then maybe treat your employees better and hire some better employees who treat their subordinates fairly

Had to call to them back after bleeding told they would call me, which they never did. Communication was lacking. That's my only experience with them.
