Car dealerships We all hate them right? Let me tell you about my AMAZING experience at Auto Outlet on 8th and Broadwater. ***Buying from them I found a 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali listed on Facebook. I reached out to Dusty about it and he got back to me within the hour. I wasnt able to look at it that week, so his salesman Zach set up an appointment with my husband and I to look at it on Sunday. We get there, and Zach has it sitting outside and running. He left us alone for about 15 minutes to look it over. He wasnt a typical salesman trying to question you and bother you only to distract you from flaws. He patiently waited for us to finish and go inside. We took it for a test drive and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the banks were closed Monday. So he waited until Tuesday for the bank approval, then he also waited for me to take it to a mechanic shop for an inspection, which I couldnt do until Thursday. He assured me that it would check out fine, and I was thrilled that he was correct. Not only was this car already listed under book price, Dusty was open to negotiating and took a little more off, which nowadays dealerships just dont do! Friday we go to purchase it and all the paperwork was ready along with my new fob. The whole process took 25 minutes. Ive had my car for over 2 weeks now and I LOVE IT. ***Selling to them When I was ready to sell my pickup, I reached back out to Zach to see if they would be interested in making me an offer before I tried private party. He said absolutely and asked for a few pictures and what I wanted to get out of it. He thought my pickup was nice and we set up an appointment. They both looked it over, Dusty drove it and came back to make me an offer. I was so surprised that he made me a decent offer!!! He didnt lowball me at all. It was very fair. I accepted and within 20 minutes of this whole thing, he was writing me a check. My whole point of this long post is to show the town of Billings, or anyone, that if youre looking for an honest and trustworthy dealership, this is it! I checked the reviews here before going and theyre all spot on. These are just real people trying to make a living. I would give them a 10/5 star review if I could. I dont plan on buying another car anytime soon, but I hope these boys are still there when Im ready.

Zach and Dusty are 100% stand up guys. I recently bought a 2014 Subaru Forster from these guys. They worked with me from the start on price and a trade-in. They were also upfront and honest about the issues the car had and had some repairs done before I picked it up. Turns out there was a bigger than would have been expected underlying issue. Once we got the car home I called Dusty and he was very understanding and came up with a very fair solution to make things right. Ultimately love the car, and would do business with these guys anytime in the future!

I bought a VW from Zach. I got it for a fair price. It was a pleasant experience. He actually listened to me, and was accommodating. He even met me there on Sunday so I could test drive it. After getting approval he took the ad down while we waited for the bank. Absolutely no complaints. Dealt with a couple other dealerships before going there and both of them were a nightmare.
