Went to location across Broadwater, was redirected to 18th/1st ave N. No one was there. Called the number on the door and he told us he was at an appointment and would be back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later we come back, stroll outside and wait 10 more minutes. Never showed up. Tried knocking on the locked door and no answer either.
Also, the car we were interested in buying wasnt even in the lot. Very unprofessional.

Purchased a truck here. Typical used car salesman, will say whatever they have to to get you into a vehicle, I get it. Luckily I know enough about vehicles to inspect and make sure I knew what I was buying. Truck is a good solid truck. This review mostly pertains to their professionalism and the vibe I got shopping here.
While they weren't inherently bad to work with, I requested a CarFax after I purchased the vehicle just to see what all had been done to the vehicle so I didn't have to pay $40 to get one as I knew they had it because they showed it to me before purchase. I've had to call and follow up twice now but to no avail, something as simple as a CarFax to aid in my purchase and they can't come through. I don't deal with people who don't do what they say they'll do no matter how big or small. Speaks volumes about integrity.

Bought a diesel truck from them a couple months back. Only 140k on it, which is pretty low for a diesel. Seemed like a solid truck for the first few days I had it but started having problems shortly thereafter. Ended up breaking down and had to spend over $2500 in repairs within a month of owning it. Before buying this truck I had checked out two other trucks which seemed solid but had serious problems while driving that the salesman supposedly didnt know anything about, shouldve just walked away after that. 2nd star is only because the salesman was very communicative with me. Bottom line: I dont recommend Steves, they clearly do not check out their vehicles well enough before putting them on the lot. Its places like this that give used car dealerships the reputation they have.
